Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team in Karaikudi, a culturally rich city in Tamil Nadu renowned for its Chettinad heritage, traditional values, and growing emphasis on quality education. Key Responsibilities

• Teach the assigned subject/class in alignment with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or other relevant curricula.
• Prepare well-structured lesson plans, assignments, and digital learning materials that encourage conceptual clarity and creative thinking.
• Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment using activity-based and student-centered teaching methods.
• Assess student performance through tests, projects, and classroom activities, providing regular feedback for academic improvement.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic progress and overall development (Tamil & English proficiency essential).
• Participate actively in school functions, cultural programs, extracurricular activities, workshops, and faculty development sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills with a passion for student development.
• Fluency in English and Tamil (knowledge of Chettinad cultural background or regional dialects is an added advantage).
• Basic proficiency in smartboards, computers, and educational technology tools.

Experience

• 1–5 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Freshers with excellent academic records and teaching qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience with CBSE, ICSE, or Tamil Nadu State Board curriculum is an advantage.
